Settings
After installing Ultimate SMS & WhatsApp Notifications for WooCommerce plugin, you need to configure it. Setting those parameters at the beginning of your work process will ease sending SMS & WhatsApp messages.
To access the settings page, click on the SMS Settings menu under SMS Notifications :

Here are the purpose of each tab :
SMS Notifications tab, configure the different notifications templates that will be used to send messages on your store,
SMS Gateways tab, configure the carrier or 3rd party services that will be used to send the SMS,
WhatsApp Gateways tab, configure the 3rd party services that will be used to send WhatsApp messages on your store.
